Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling of appointment made with less than 48 hours notice is 50% of treatment cost. For "no show" appointments I will require full treatment cost before returning for another appointment.
Late Arrivals
Any late arrivals unfortunately won't be able to receive the full treatment time as I have a strict timing schedule and won't be able to extend it. Full price will still be charged.
Contraindication declaration
A contraindication form is required to be filled out for every new client or if any medical conditions change, to allow me to perform the best treatment.
It is the client's responsibility to inform me of any ongoing medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy that could affect your treatment.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be written for a specific treatment or a monitory value and are valid for 1 year from the month purchased. Vouchers can be purchased in Peachy Dream or sent out in the UK with £1 UK postage charge. Peachy Dream is not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
